ALINOK S.r.l. develops food supplements made with freeze-dried camel milk and manages the whole supply chain: supplier selection, import into the European Union, production at authorised facilities and placing on the market.
About
Applied research on an ingredient still little known in Europe
ALINOK is a limited liability company based in Terni, Italy, incorporated in July 2026. Today we work on a single ingredient, camel milk, and on formulations developed in house and protected by an Italian patent.
We directly manage the stages that determine product quality: supplier selection, import controls, production specifications and regulatory documentation. Manufacturing is carried out by authorised contract manufacturers.
Documentation
Every formulation has written, verifiable specifications. Our research is protected by an Italian patent for an industrial invention.
Traceability
Every batch of raw material enters the European Union with a health certificate and is tracked through to the packaged product.
Accurate communication
We describe our products only with the claims permitted by Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 and labelling rules.
Supply chain
How an ALINOK supplement reaches the market
Camel milk is a product of animal origin from a non-EU country. That is why every step, from purchase to sale, is regulated and documented.

Sourcing
We buy freeze-dried camel milk from qualified producers in the United Arab Emirates, with specifications agreed for each supply.

Import
ALINOK is the importer of the raw material. Each consignment passes veterinary checks at the border control post, with a health certificate recorded in TRACES NT.

Production
The raw material is entrusted to an authorised contract manufacturer, which formulates and packages the product to our specifications.

The finished product is sold under our own brand, in compliance with the rules on food supplements and labelling.

Research
Research and intellectual property
ALINOK's formulations come from research on the use of freeze-dried camel milk as a nutraceutical ingredient. The result is protected by an Italian patent for an industrial invention, granted by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) in September 2026 and used by ALINOK under an exclusive licence.
Development continues on new formulations and on other food uses of the same ingredient.
